  1. Soap and water. I don't believe in antibacterial soaps and cleaners. I only use bleach to whiten clothes and to disinfect my cat's litterbox once every 2 months. Antibacterial soaps and cleaners are the reason we are getting superbugs, because everyone is using antibacterial cleaners and soaps, bacteria are becoming resistant to them.

It's also the reason why more and more people are getting asthma and allergic reactions. Because we don't allow our bodies to process the bacteria and develop antibodies to them.

Just wash the pan with dish soap and hot water. It'll be fine.

  2. Get some organic insect killer and put it all around the outside edges of your house.  Repeat every 2-3 months.  You can buy organic insect killers at your local plant nursery.

THROW OUT YOUR NON-STICK COOKWARE and buy stainless steel cookware. The health hazards are becoming well known.  Do not cook on high heat with any non-stick coating.
