  1. I think you should leave it to the professionals. That stuff can be very damaging to your hair if you mess up.

  2. yes, there easy to use just follow the directions on the box

  3. im not sure. you could try it and if it gets messed up go to a stylist.

  4. no!

  5. It depends if you have really really curly hair. I went to a high end salon to have my hair chemically straightened and it did not work. It was curly again the next day. I wasted about 100$. Because of all the dying and straightening with a flat iron that I do to my hair I have to face the consequences that come with it. My hair is now really dry and keeps breaking. It won't grow and I have to moisturize it every night. I think it depends if you haven't over treated your hair already and you have to be prepared for the upkeep. And keep in mind that it might not work. I hope is does work for you though!!

  6. I don't know the brands of hair straightener, but they work on the same principle as permenant waves do. They have the exact same active ingredients and these are the same as the ingredients in hair remover that you use on your legs!!!!

Think seriously if you want to do this. If you mess up it will take 6 months of regrowth to get it to where it looks even half good again.

For all of you who are doing as my granddaughter and over using your hot iron straighteners!!! I do wish you would quit for about 2 months and just condition your hair for a bit. Live with the pouffy curls and frizzies for a bit and let your hair regenerate!! She has straw on top of her head, and can do nothing at all with it.

    Hairdresser Grandma!!!
