I am going to be doing swimming and Cross Country in the Fall.Any my gym is 20 minutes from school and 10 minutes from my house. ( I live 30 minutes from school).So basically i will have to go to practice for one of these teams (alternating days for each team) before I go to the gym to lift. My question is: Will I still lose fat, and gain muscle if i "HAVE" to do cardio before my workout?
