Is it ok to drink a glass full of cool water.. during or 10 minutes after heavy sweaty workout ? ? by cardio?

  1. luke warm or room temperature water is better. Cold water will cause the internal temperature (which has increased due to the workout) of ur body to suddenly drop which is not a good thing.


  2. you would be really thirsty after a heavy workout but you shouldn't drink that much in a short time because your system would be shocked. just rest breath normally not to harsh like catching your breathe. and you would be okay
