  1. I suggest just making it really really diluted.

It shouldn't really hinder your diet providing you aren't drinking loads of it.

I'm on a diet and drink water, diet coke, skimmed milk and hot drinks like tea and coffee.

  2. no that should be fine but just don't drink loads try drinking water aswell. dont drink smoothies or juice out of cartons as these can contain alot of sugars which can make you put on more weight. hope i helped

  3. juices tend to have high level of sugar content, which translates to calories. Which is fine if you are exercising, as you will burn it off. The diet juices will have less, but contain stuff which is not very good for you. If you want to lose weight, nothing substitutes exercise in particular a regular jog/run. From personal experience, diet never worked. I run once a week for 45 mins, feel super fit and and can eat/drink anything i want now. Also reduce intake of alcahol and bread.

  4. If you like juices, you should try taking water and adding a sugar free flavor packet to it. At our nearby grocery store, they sell a product called Shake N' Run and it comes in all sorts of flavors. It's zero calories AND it tastes great (fruit punch is my favorite flavor, but they also have iced tea, lemonade, raspberry, etc.)

  5. Yes but fresh juice is better for you

  6. Drink water. If you want something tasty eat fruits.

Diabetics will DIE if they drink a lot of fruit juices but they won't from eating fruits. Juices have a LOT of added sugar.

And if you have to be starving yourself to lose weight, you are doing it the wrong way hun. You should NEVER have to feel hungry.

You have to EAT to lose weight. and spike up your metabolism while you are at it. That is the TRUE way to lose weight.

  7. It's fine x*x

  8. don't use a squash just go to your local supermarket and get there value fresh fruit juice like orange or apple, only costs like 50p in tesco and asda and is much better for you. use a little bit of it in water just so you can taste it. i drink the stuff all the time to stop myself eating, i find it works v well. try using sparkling water too. the best thing to do is drink it slowly and drink it when your eating your meal, between every mouthfull, it will fill you up quicker than too.
