so i was wondering if i drive without doing the behind the wheel for like a month and i if i get pulled over

would i get in alot of trouble for not completing my behind the wheel?

i mean im already enrolled i just need to do one class

i was wondering what kind of trouble i would get in

would it just be a warning to make sure to do my behind the wheel or something?

  1. You have to do behind the wheel training if you're a minor; period. And you're not allowed to drive by yourself in a car if you have a permit. Your parents or an adult 21 or older who has a driving license can take you for your behind the wheel training, but you still need a certain amount of hours.

If you are pulled over and you have a permit AND there isn't an adult 21 or older with a driving license, you would probably get your permit suspended.

  2. In California, If you are under 18 and at least 15 ½ you can apply for a provisional driver license. The first step to getting your license is to get your instruction permit. Because you are under 18, your permit and driver license are called, "Provisional." This means you have additional restrictions placed on your permit and driver license that adults (18 and over) do not have.

Your provisional instruction permit will have the following restrictions.

You must obey the traffic laws

You must drive without a collision

You must drive with your parent, guardian, spouse, or an adult 25 years of age or older, who has a valid California driver license.

You must hold your permit for six months before you can take your driving test to get your driver license.

You can visit the California DMV website at www.Californiadmv.gov

  3. You don't have a driver licence.  But, with a permit, you can drive with a licenced, experienced adult driver.

And please, don't think you only need one class.  There is a lot to learn to be a competent driver
