Is it ok to eat SUBWAY veggie delight?

p.s., i dont eat with coke or anything, or chips, just water

  1. The dressing is loaded with cancer-causing agents - and even the vegetables are dangerous. Subway sources the cheapest vegetables grown in fields fertilized with rancid bloody digestive and medical waste and  from hospitals for people with infectious hepatitis. Otherwise, it is ok.

  8. Yes, it's healthy. It's vegetables, duh. But, you can't go crazy with the dressings, otherwise, it won't be as good for you. I'm pretty sure that wheat bread would be the healthiest of the breads as well.

  9. Skip the mayonnaise, cheese and oil, and you're getting a very low fat meal.  The major source of calories in the sandwich at that point is the bread.  If you get the wheat bread, that'll be yet another fiber as well.

    Subway really does offer some of the most healthy foods available at a national fast food chain.  Remember that "low calorie" isn't the same as "healthy".  Remember that you need calories to live, and eating fat and protein helps you feel satisfied.  Eating a reasonable, balanced diet and being active is more important than drastically cutting out any food group.

  10. I think it's one of the healthiest things you can eat at a fast food restaurant. There's probably (not probably, DEFINITELY) fat in the dressing, but at least with a veggie sandwich you don't have the added fat and cholesterol of the meat. If you go light on the cheese and heavier on the lettuce, tomato, onion, etc....it's even better.

  11. the bread factor is not healthy.  it spikes your blood sugar and if you know anything about diabetes thats where it all begins.  If you minus the bread its as healthy as it gets! MoNga
