Like today I had breakfast of Kashi cereal and a banana at 8am, then a yogurt at 11am, I will have lunch, which is a turkey sandwich with avacado on wheat and a sm salad at 2pm, and another snack or unsalted cashew at 5pm. I will have dinner or chicken and veggies and brown rice at 7pm when I get home from work. Is that ok? Or is it too much? Should I go every 4 hours?
