Is it ok to eat the shells of Sun Flowers seeds?

i guess its okay. but you should'nt. make sure you chew the shells alot before eating them.

i will some times eat the shell and i am not dead yet

Well, that's one way to add fiber to your diet! It won't kill you but it doesn't taste that good.

Just chew them a lot and then swallow.  I do it sometimes and nothing happens
