Is it ok to eat your own poo? and drink ur own pee?

Question

every morning when i take a p**p, i Save it in a cup for an evening snack. And same with pee.

its not like thats all i eat its just a little every day.

Idk its just something i crave now and then.

My parents let me have it for a reward( like when i get a god grade or somthing)

and yall have to try it.....it tastes great!!
