Is it ok to feed my ball phyton frogs?

i feed my ball phyton frogs as mice are hard to find

I guess in the wild they would eat frogs to, but you can find mice for snake food at most pet stores like Petco or PetsMart to. As long as the frogs  are not of the poisonous kind it shouldn't hurt him.

as above really wild frogs carry diesase parasites and bacteria that can harm your python. also most frogs have skin toxins that can range from making it taste bad to deadly. i wouldnt.

there are thousands of live food to order websites and most petshops stock a large verity of frozen and live mice of all sizes.

Do you mean you're catching wild frogs to feed it? If you are you're risking him getting all kinds of diseases and parasites.

It is best not to.

Your best bet would be to mail order / order the rats or mice you need by telephone. As others have said wild animals carry diseases that could be harmful to your snake.

If rats or mice are not available how about captive raised gerbils or hamsters? They would do just fine.

Get used to feeding pre-killed food to your snake. It is best for him and it will allow you to store several months worth of food in your freezer.
