Water melon is very good for you and your bird.It contains

lysopne,iron and natural antioxidants.This fruit is very good for plumage and  over all health.You will need to give it to them in moderation  as it can cause diarrhea.Also fruit should never be left in a birds cage for no longer than 30 minutes.If left longer than this it will and can harbor bad  bacteria  that can kill your bird.

Yes absolutely, you could feed the regular kind too, just remove all seeds first.

Oh yes, all kinds of fruit is great, except for avocado, and pitted fruits, and ( i think you know this ) fruit seeds

Make sure the time yoou put in in, and take it out, of course before it gets moldy, but within 2 hours
