Is it ok to go outside and skateboard after getting immunizations?

you should be ok. just don't skate too hard.

just kinda cruise, if you see something you wanna hit up, try it a few times, and just roll away even if you don't get it. when i got my immunizations i was skating really hard at the local spot, and i felt really sick when i was done

I know a flu shot can make you a little woozie.  I'd probably take it easy a while before skateboarding.

yes   its also a good thing to do something active like that after immunizations because it helps it spread better.
