  2. swim first, strecth to prevent muscle tear, then lift

  4. You should swim before you lift. But you'll be okay if you strech out pretty good afterwards.

  5. no but it is better to lift them after u swim (words from my swim coach)

  6. yes offcourse it relaxes your muscles and try not to go in the deep end if you are not a good swimmer as you will be tired but you muscles will heal quicker from tearing them at the gym.
