Yeah, sure. As Kashmir is famous all over the world as World's Heaven. Though for last some years it was disturbed but now it is all pleasant. You can have the most memorable vacation of your life here. Go to Gulmarg, Pahalgaon, Leh Ladakh. Kashmir is amazingly beautiful.

I am from the UK and  went to Srinigar in January last year, there are army everywhere but i always felt safe (and the streets where more or less deserted after 10pm). I then went up to Gulmarg (ski resort) which was fantastic. You will no doubt enjoy it
