Is it ok to go to the gym after a night shift?

  2. Assuming that you're rested up, etc,. there shouldn't be any problem.

  3. Yes....although, keep in mind....after you get your blood pumping and so forth, it's not as easy to just drop off to sleep......

    A suggestion...make sure it is open first.

  5. that's the best time when muscles grow/increase, during your resting period. So after the gym - rest.

    It's better to get some gym in than none at all.
