Is it ok to have a near all dragon party?

Question

four out of six of my pokemon in my party in pokemon diamond that are dragon. does it matter even if ive got all the super effectives covered and i can take out ice and other dragon pokemon??

Yes but there are a lot more pokemon that can learn Ice type moves that are not a water or ice type. Most phychic types, some ghost, some normal. And even then you might have a limited movepool and stab stagnation. I would try to avoid it.

Im pretty sure someone would come up with a Adamant Choice Band'd Weavile and just Ice Shard your team. Even though you have the types covered, you need to check the speed of other Pokemon that would basically bash that team around like Starmie w/ Ice Beam, like i said, that weavile, or some other fast pokemon with a Good Ice Move.
