lol... thats funny, I was talking about this to a friend the other day. I threw my BFF a wedding shower when we were 21 and I had balloons and streamers. But i was just a poor girl in nursing school! lol... so basically I think it looks pretty... but maybe not as classy?? BUT You are 20, so i say go for it!!! (but make sure you get the helium balloons!)

I had them for my 20th party but it might be different for a guy.  If it's for yourself just get them if you like them but if it's for someone else check with them first.

Balloons are always a good idea for parties though!

it depends on the person. if theyre more cool and up to date...i woludnt suggest it. if it's your party...go right ahead if its something you want...its your day! hope this helps!!!

It really depends on what kind of party it is and who it is for. If the birthday girl/boy is fine with that kind of stuff then go for it, but if they don't have that kind of personality then you probably shouldn't really do it. I personally, think balloons can go with any party as long as it is done the right way-but streamers I don't personally like and I feel isn't appropraite for a 20th year old's party.
