im 14 y/o i work out four times a week and im in mixed martial art. i am physically fit and well built. and im 200 pound almost 6 ft.

  2. Protein shakes are a decent supplement to your high protein diet, but don't forget to get protein from real sources such as meat and beans

  3. yes my best friends mom is a doctor and feeds me one every morning and before gymnastics and to her son before soccor and swimming they are delicious and mabey a muscle builder could go in there to;]] lol
