  1. i would definitely leave the heavy makeup behind for a while, concentrate on keeping your skin clear and free of any extras. if youre really that concerned about the scars, i would go for a concealer with a green hue to it [if any scars are red/purplish in color] go for one thats oil free, as far as powder goes, if youre going to use it, buy a round fluffy makeup brush - real hair is always best, and make sure to clean it once a month with a gentle soap & warm water, as makeup brushes hold onto oils and impurities.

    hope that helped you .

  2. Sounds like a lot to me.  I just use the mineral powder.  I can't stand the feeling of all that gunk on my face.  Makes my face feel yucky.  **shrug**  Seems like if you are trying to cover up pimples all that stuff is just gonna cause more anyway.

  3. Hey, just stick with your mineral foundation. Many people think is not enough.. u just have to be patient and work up more layer/s of mineral foundation, if is a small area u need to cover, do it with a smaller brush.

I have a friend who is using JUST mineral makeup from 'Makeup Artist Shop' at The Central #03-04 and it cover her BLACK PATCHES of freckles..

  4. i dont think thts 2 much

    i wear much more

  5. well why dont you just wear a liquid foundation and then a mineral powder ontop with a bronzer and a blush , by putting all of those things on you are probably clogging your pores making breakouts ontop or underneath the skin :

so all you have to do is ...

apply your mineral foundation to your face and then with a blush brush put on your mineral powerd then - put blush on the apples of your cheeks and underneath brush on a light bronzer ...

by doing that you will create a nice look as well is should cover up what you need to be covered and it wont make everything loon too too heavy , i really recommend this to you this is what i do everyday , i also suggest doing up a really nice eye so the focus isnt all about your skin instead people will be looking at your eyes ,

Mineral Powder - isnt soo soo heavy its all natural and doesnt clog your pores the reason why people recommend mineral powder because regular foundation just clogs your pores and invisible dirt gets attached to it ..

    hope i could help you

  6. omgg way too much!

what you should be doing is taking really good care of your skin. you should follow a good three-step skincare region twice a day and drink at least 2 litres of water (8 glasses) a day. the last thing you skin needs after a breakout is lots more foundation and layers of concealer because all thats going to do is encourage another breakout.

the period during and after a breakout is when your skin needs time to breathe and heal naturally, and piling on the foundation wont help at all.

try to only use concealer on the scars themselves and try not to wear too much foundation and powder.

    remember, prevention is the key.

  7. Try a foundation that's a bit heavier, but piling up a ton of stuff will look like just that- a bunch of makeup piled up, thus attracting more attention.  Remember that we are our own worst critics- your blemishes look a hundred times worse to you than they do to everyone else.

  8. trying to clog ur pores much, try Covergirl Clean liquid Foundation and physicians formula concealer

  9. thats wayy too much.

it doesnt matter if it doesnt look cakey .. its still bad for your skin.

i would say choose either concealer or foundation and then use powder to blend it all together.

i highly suggest to use concealer, thoughxD

  10. huh... that's what i do... so i hope it's not too much. lol

  11. just concealer and powder if you put on the foundation then that's too much and you don't want to look like you cake on makeup

  12. that's way too much! concealer and mineral powder is enough.
