When its 85 degrees out? For several hourse? My boyfriend and brothers friend say its ok, just as long as theyre in the trunk and not the regular part of the car, but my brother and I think that the trunk would be way too hot and we shouldn't leave anything in the car at all.

  1. No. It is not a good idea.  The devices are designed to endure high temps, but If there polyethylene devices in the units the poly could run.  Additionally the high temp in the trunk can damage the LCD displays on the units.  I agree with your brother.  Take them with you.

  2. Yes, they should be ok in the trunk, which is shaded, especially if it is only 85 degrees outside. If it were 100 or above, I would make sure that they are powered off and not left in direct sunlight.
