I have a lot of fat on my chest and stomach. I was wondering if it helps to like workout my chest and do abs if i want to lose fat off those parts. I dont want my chest to get bigger, I just want to lose the fat and make it look cut. The same with my stomach.

  1. Yes you can lift weights to tighten up the muscles and skin, but you should commit to a workout plan that trains all of your muscles, not just your stomach and chest.  To lose fat though, you have to stick to a healthy diet as weight loss and weight gain are 70% related to diet

  3. Hi,

Wow, I had exactly the same problem, and I didn't know who to trust. I run into this blog: http://snipurl.com/37dp2, and I advice you do the same.

My desire of having a good looking arms came true. Of course with some effort on my part. But less than you can recall.

    All my best,
