Is it ok to like a girl that has been a friend of the family?

There this girl that her mom and my mom have been very close friends, but recently this girl is the daughter of my moms best friend is now working where I work

at first I never cared about her but now I cant get over her, shes a very beautiful girl and im a ugly guy so theres no way I can just ask her out

I would have to get her to like me first

but the problem is she has been a friend of the family

should I just forget about trying to make her like me since shes being part of the family

or do you think I should try to get her to like me

or should I move on

Her mom and my mom are comadres

I don't see why not, go for it!  Be a little flirtasous and see what kind of reaction you get from her.  Maybe you can let your Mom kinda know that you are interested and see what she thinks. xox

she is not really the family just close friends so it is ok

dont be so hard on urself. if you think negative thoughts then only negative things will come from it. be optimistic :)

hmm.. if i were in your place, i'd be contented being her as my family than confessing and losing her as a close friend.
