I don't want to deal with my period and I've heard if ur underweight u don't get ur period so is that true.. And if it is..is it safe? I know people are gonna mention taking the pill to stop my period but I figured I want a more natural approach.

  1. I definently don't think losing weight to avoid your period is safe. I was just like you, never wanted to deal with my period. I went to my doctor because my cramps were bad and I had trouble using tampons. He prescribed me Lybrel which is a birth control which makes you not have your period. Maybe you should try it too. I'm only 16 so no worries about age :P

  2. Uh, definitely not safe. At ALL. If you really don't want your period, try birth control or the Depo shot. Being too skinny to have a period means you're also too skinny for your immune system to work properly.

  3. I'm supposedly underweight.

    I still get mine.

lose weight for a better reason than that.

  4. no!!!!!!!OMG
