Is it ok to make guacamole the night before you eat it in the morning?

if your recipe calls for lemon juice, it will keep a while before turning, but you're better off making it fresh.  if you want to prepare, try cutting up everything else (into a salsa) and in the morning, cut & mash the avacado

Yes you can, but squeeze a lemon into it and put the pits back in it after you make it.  Cover the bowl with saran wrap and press the wrap down into the guacamole to seal out as much air as possible.

Avacado goes brown within minutes of being cut a good way to avoid that is to put some citrus juice on it,but I would not recommend preparing anything with avacados until last minute.

Yeah , as long as you keep it in the frige and wrap it up in plastic .
