Is it ok to miss one meal on a training day.?

  1. It's not a problem missing a meal. I use my protein shake, with a scoop of peanut butter and skim milk as a meal...if you don't that will work as a quick fix.


  2. It's really not a big deal. The important thing is that you're trying and know when you're making a mistake and that you make sure it doesn't happen often. But really, no biggie.

  3. Yes,of course,but not missing water.

  4. The time you need the food is when you exercise. To give you the energy to actually do it.  

  5. it matters how big your meals are if they are healthy and  how much you exersise but you should always have 5-6 meals a day if your the right weight and athletic
