Is it ok to only drink sparkling mineral water every day?

I drink Perrier water every day lemon flavored. I used to hate it but now I love it. It seems to be easy on my stomach. Is this ok? Is it the same as ordinary water or not? Is it hydrating me the same? Is there a big difference between sparkling and ordinary water?

  1. Sparkling water indicates that it has carbonation, whether natural or not.  Basically water is water and as long as you are drinking 6 -8  8 oz glasses a day you are fine.  Liquid is liquid and will hydrate you.  Beware that if you are feeling dehydrated it indicates that you are well pass that point.

    but it still has carbonate so its not all good

  4. It's like drinking soda...to much sodium carbonate if that's all you drink.

    Drink some plain water too.

    It is better than drinking overly sweetened and caffeinated soda.

    I like the lemon Perrier.  I also like tonic water occasionally.

    its almost like soda..

    if you do that just to be on the safe side i would drink at least 2 water bottles also a day :)

    and however much of the sparkling water youwant :)

    i was never much of a fan of it tho :P
