Is it ok to park a watercraft in water (river water)??

Question

I just purchased a 2008 bombardier rxp (four stroke rotax four-tec engine) and was wondering if it's ok to leave it in the water on my dock but i haven't purchased the sea doo ramp that parks it out of the water!

best you do not leave the boat in sight and floating ---- it way too easy to steal and it is not good for the sea doo to stay in the water ........

Its best to purchase a trailer, and store it indoors if you can

Yeah, I would go with the other answers.

Pull it out, give a good flush, and rinse her down.

It's new, and you spent a lot of money, be a little obsessive about maintenance, especially on a river.
