Is it ok to refer to myself as a 24 year old boy?

Its up to u how u refer to yourself. i guess it comes down to your behaviour. whether it warrants being addressed as a man or if u have a playful nature perhaps u prefer to be refered to as a boy.

How about a 24 year old guy?  Using the word "boy" would lead people to believe you have not grown up despite your years.  (not a good thing)

Do you act like a boy?  If you do, then call yourself one.

You call yourself whatever you want to call yourself, after all .. to the 70 year old, you're a boy and to the 16 year old you're a man. :-D
