I'm not a chronic smoker. I keep a regular diet and exercise program. I regularly keep mouth clean. And I only smoke to take the edge out of stress once in a while respectively away from non-smokers. Find the error in my way.

  1. Is it ok to take in the materials into your lung that is in the tobacco in the first place?  what advantage do you really think that somehow you are doing the dirty dead cleanly?

Thinking that your diet & exercise is somehow a compensation for smoking is just walking with blinders on.

What excersize to you do to counter act the smoke that is introduced into your lungs?  deep breathing?  wake up.

you will know if you are a cronic smoker, if you continue this pattern, and try to justify it.

  2. It probably makes little difference whether they have chemicals or not -- the health risks of smoking are from tobacco. However, there's nothing wrong with smoking occasionally.

  3. It's ok with me

  4. if your looking for a safe way to smoke cigarettesyoull never find it.  there is nnaturallynicotine and tar in sigs rregardlessof if they have extra facoty chemicals.  yes its not as bad but NO ITS NOT GOOD FOR YOU!  you can still get cancer, eemphysema and other respratory side affects so if you want to stay fit then dont smoke. but no smoking fresh tobaccosnt going to kill you INSTANTLY unless theres pestasides on it maybe

  5. Well where do you get the tobacco?

And why are you concerned that people not see an error in your way.  If you don't, who cares?

And also, it's not good to "smoke to take the edge off".  That just leads to a pattern of going back to smoking whenever you feel stressed and is the major precursor to addiction.

  6. Your decision is better than smoking straight from the carton, but the fact is that inhaling tobacco is harmful for your lungs, even though they may not include the added chemicals and additives from a commercial cigarette.

Also, your self-made cigarettes don't have filter (assuming that you are rolling them), so you are getting a higher concentration of tobacco in your lungs every time you smoke.

These are the errors that you ask for... but I still respect that you avoid non-smokers and use natural tobacco.  It is also much less harmful to smoke on occasion rather than chain smoke on a daily basis.  This gives your lungs time to recover.
