Is it ok to start on this day?

I have just gotten my period today, and bought my Yaz birth control last month after my period. My doctor told me to start on the Sunday after my period. Today is Wednesday, so its still ok to start 4 days after I got it right? Thats probably to make sure your not pregnant before you start to take it. Im just making sure.

They usually advise to start the day of your period or the Sunday after your period. Check with the pharmacist to be sure.

you either start the first day of your period or the sunday after. even if you are bleeding.
