Is it ok to switch from taking One-A-Day All day energy vitamins over to taking Puritans Pride Super Potent?

I used to take the Puritans pride for about a year,then switched to the One A days..Should I be alright switching back to the more potent?

I get the daily one generic one a ay formula from puritans.com myself for a basic formula;they also sell a generic centrum formula for a next step up,in more comprehensive,that I would consider.I don t see why it would be any prblem switching back to the more potent.I take a handful of supplements a day besides the daily one a day.Ginko biloba ext helps overall circulation;Co Q 10 too;Whey protein once in a while;I feel the daily one by puritan.com is the most bang for the buck,and round it out with the others ,incl b complex 50,taurine,rutin,etc..

yes.  one a days are not very absorabable anyway.

Puritans Pride products are cheap by comparison for a reason.  One a Day is the same class.

  I wouldn't allow either one in my house. Centrum is also incomplete.

  The best is All One it is a complete daily requirement of all vitamins, Minerals and enzymes, all natural.

  Go on line and you can find.  No I'm not getting paid to say this.

  I am speaking from experience.
