I am currently taking one centrum pill, and one calcium with added 200IU vitamin D per tablet and it says on the bottle that it comes from oyster shells. I usually take them with water just before i go to sleep. I'm a 19 year old male, i don't get a lot of sunlight per day and I dont exercise as much as I'm supposed to.Right now i'm getting about 800 IU of vit D per day is this ok?
