  1. I take Caltrate (Calcium) in the morning and Pregnavit in the evening. The doctor gave this to me. He said I must take one in the morning and one in the evening so that they don't cancel each other out. I think it all depends what your taking. I only take one of each at a time.

  2. you should take one.... if you accidentally take another one, then its not big deal, also if you skip one... but you should not have more than one each day... maybe your doctor prescribe to take calcium or any other extra vitamin, then thats ok, but dont take 2 of the same.... (multi vitamin)

  3. u can call the doctors office to ask and they will tell u

  4. Why would she need to take more than one?

  5. I asked my doctor the same thing because I thought that i had missed it in the morning and he told me not to another one just in case because there is so much iron and vitamins that could hurt you unborn baby so I wouldn't

  6. I read this too, at first i was taking one too many of my pills (only for a few days) and i freaked out because i read that too much folate can be very bad! But i asked the pharmicist and she said its not that bad, its as if your just having extra cereal (or anything that contains folate).  So if she isnt eating well than it shouldnt matter too much as they both need as many vitamins as they can.

But definately make sure you are taking the correct amount so you dont over do it.

  7. no need, the 1 pill gives you what you need :)

  8. No. your not suppose to take more than one a day. It's not healthy for the baby
