  1. I believe most nutritionally trained health care professionals would prescribe probiotics with the use of antibiotics.

  2. Yes, but wait about four hours after taking the Antibiotics.

I hope you aren't taking the antibiotics for some Viral infection.  You are wasting your time if you are.

  3. It is absolutely alright, and you should defineately do it!!

Don't take them together though as you would just be wasting your money.  Make sure you take your probiotic at least two to four hours AFTER your antibiotic.  That way the antibiotic has its time to go through, destory what it will, then you follow it up with the probiotic and repopulate.

If you can't do two hours after, just make sure you are taking it as soon as you are off the antibiotic!

  4. it would not be very useful to take them at the same time since the antibiotics would kill the probiotics.  you should wait to start using probiotics until after you have stopped taking antibiotics to restore the healthy bacteria in your gut.

  5. No no no. The antibiotics are going to kill the probiotics. Resume your probiotics when you are all done with your antibiotics.

  6. Finish the anti biotics then take the probiotics. Anti biotics kill off the healthy bacteria found in your intestines, so it will serve you better if you take the probiotics after the anti biotic treatment has ended.
