Is it ok to take the mini-pill any time between the hour every day?

I have just started using the Cerazette mini-pill, I always hear "take it at the same time every day" does that mean on the dot for best performance or will it be just as effective if its within the hour? (Between 8pm and 9pm in my case). If it is more effective when on the dot will taking it just within the hour ruin it's full effectiveness if I started taking it on the dot?

I hope that makes sense, I just want to make sure i'm getting maximum protection.

I've been on cerazette for over two years and i'm like you. I take it around 10pm each night, usually not on the dot and i haven't got pregnant yet. Cerazette also has a 12 hour window rather than other pills which usually have a 3 hour one. I think if you take it on the dot it's effective as it can be but it won't make much of a difference if you don't.
