  1. A rabbit will wiggle out of a "puppy purse" Their legs do not hang down like a dogs do. Collars are not good for rabbits as you can pull too hard and injure their neck causing them to be papalyzed for life. Harnesses are okay as long as they don't chew on them. We had a Lop who would chew right through as soon as we put it on him.

Rabbits are nervous creatures by nature since they are prey animals. taking it to the park in wide open spaces it is not familiar with could cause it a lot of stress. It could foreseeably die from a heart attack that is stress related. Best to keep it at home in your own backyard and let it be some place it knows.

  2. Maybe try to find a rabbit harness.

  3. A collar is not OK for a rabbit, if they pull hard, they can snap their own necks, and you can not put a rabbit in a puppy purse like that, sorry.  They will squirm, and, again, if they are very upset, can seriously injure themselves, including breaking their spine, trying to escape.  Please don't take your bunny everywhere with you, they get very nervous when traveling, so you should only transport them when necessary (like to the vet), and not just because you want to.

  4. Try a kitten harness.

They usually are the right size and they clip at the top and the bottom so it's very easier to get them on.
