i think its okay to use two different shampoos and conditioner but for better results u should use the smae shampoo and conditioner from the same company. use the same amount you would do normally

You can basically mix any shampoo. Its not gonna hurt anything. Conditioner amoutn depends on how long and thick your hair is and you really don't say that.  Usually a little mound in your hand is ok.  It really doesn't matter if you put a little too much in as long as you make sure you rinse it all out.
