I have to walk 3 miles to get to XC everyday.

I don't have another form of transportation.

Is it ok that I'll be walking 3 miles to and from practice throughout the summer? Or is this too tiring?

  1. there is no problem with that at all. If you are in good shape you will have no problem with it. If you aren't in such good shape yes you will be tired when you get to practice but it will help you more in the long run (no pun intended) I used to run or bike 5 miles to get to XC practice. and that year I was running sub 12 in the 2 mile. I than started getting rides the next year and I haven't had those times since.

  2. That will be tiring, but it depends on what kind of physical shape you are in.

But i think you can do it, just wear a hat to keep the sun out of your face and stay well-hydrated.

But maybe a fellow team mate can give you a ride??

  3. walking is always good as long as you stay hydrated there shouldn't be a problem
