is this ok, or weird....it seems odd that looking at others naked and getting it on could be good for the relationship. it also makes me feel jealous and insecure like im not as pretty as the girls in the movie.

In concept, yes, it's okay, I see nothing wrong with it. However, since it makes you feel uncomfortable and jealous I would say in your case it's not a good idea.

I advice you not, it's not really healthy for a relationship. Get it in this way, does a str8 married couple watch a str8 p**n together? After all, if you're satisfied with your partner, why should you bother and watch a p**n movie. It will bring in troubles!

Yes it is ok. It is not weird. A lot of people do it. What you find comfortable in your relationship and you both agree on is always fine.You should not feel jealous or insecure. It is not about being pretty. Your partner is not comparing you to her or expecting you to be her. It really is not about the people in the video, it is about what they are doing.

Never compare yourself with those in the movie.  Of course it's okay to watch p**n with your partner.  Just because you compare yourself with those in the movie doesn't mean you can't enjoy each others physicallity (is that a word?)  (Am i making sense?).  Think about it, you're feeling jealous of movie images (which are not based in reality).  For me, p**n can be an ice breaker, because by the time I get to some serious lovemaking, the movie is the last thing on my mind.
