Is it ok to wear a sports bra even if you arent playing sports & if you dont play sports at all?

because im tired of pulling at my bra allll dayy.I just want to be comfortable.and are they hard to put on and wear?Can you see girly things in them,and if i buy them how do i choose my size..do they make "the girls" look bigger or the same?

just buy a pretty bra that makes you feel feminine and pretty  and one that fits you perfectly sports bras are ugly!

and getting a regular bra makes then looks regular and feel comfortable

Sports bras have a tendency to squish the boobies down (their purpose), therefore sometimes making it harder to breathe and can be very uncomfortable.  I would suggest buying a regular bra with more support.  You're b***s will look just as big, the bra can still be girly, and you won't have to hassle with bra straps.

I don't think it's smart to wear it when you're not practicing sports, all the time. Because, it's tight and it hurts your shoulders some, because the backs are usually racerbacks (They cross.) I used to do that, too, even though I only have a B cup, I was insecure about my b***s so I wanted them to appear a little smaller. and I didn't like how they.. uh.. swished around when I walked, (hahah) so yeah, they make your b***s look a teeny bit smaller. It's not hard to put on and wear, and they're usually just plain colors like white, black, gray, pink, blue. They don't really have sizes like specific bra sizes, like A/B/C/D, it's just small, medium, large, like you'd pick out a T-shirt. I recommend you try them on.

Yes, its fine. Usually they make you look smaller though, so wear a sweatshirt or tee to look casual and make it unnoticeable. Usually there's a size chart to tell you the size you'll fit according your cup size. Sometimes, if you get cold, um, 2 dots show - if you know what I mean. Another reason to wear a tee or sweatshirt.

if that's what feels comfortable then sure. you could still find a normal bra, though that's comfortable and fitting. sports bras hold you in well but make you look flat.

Sure, if you think it's comfy.  I wore a sports bra all the time after I had my kids because my b***s were so huge from the milk, I needed something to hold them down! Plus I was set on being comfy the whole time...I had c-section and it was painful healing!

And it flattens "the girls".  Thats why they are worn for sports, so they don't flop all over.

no u shouldnt replace a regular bra for a sports bra. You definitely need to head over to victorias secret where they will measure u and get u the perfect fit and ALL of their BRAS are Extremely comfortable!!!! You should head there Now!!!  :-)

they are pretty minimal when it comes to coverage and if anything they make your chest look smaller. its fine to wear one just know the possible down sides (especially if you get chilly...)

i can't wear a sports bra without another sports top on top of it or normal bra as with playing hockey in the cold weather my nnipplesshow!! Also i find it not as comfortable. It sounds to me that you just need to get measured and get a proper fitting bra!
