  1. you should let your arms rest for like 2 days to let the damaged muscle tissue recover. just work out your chest shoulders and back meanwhile your biceps recover.

  2. ya you should start off easy and climb up try to do some push us and sit ups

  3. Well, im assuming ur just begging to work out?

You should give your muscles at LEAST one day off between workouts. Some would say that you should only work out each muscle group once a week. Really, i say you should just listen to your body!

Maybe a little biology would help? Do you know how muscles form?? Well, when you work out, pushing yourself to finish that routine, your muscles get little microscopic tears in them. Thats why people refer to it as "getting ripped", because your muscles really are ripping in alot of tiny places. Well, after a day or so, your body fixes those rips by putting in more muscle. Gradually, your body keeps fixing those rips and you keep building those muscles. Thats how it works!

Sooo, you workout out ur biceps yesturday, you ripped those muscles and all you have to do now is wait. Today, your should NOT work out your upper body (push ups). If you were to do pushups today, you wouldnt be doing anything because those muscles are already ripped. If anything, your making it harder for yourself because now you have to wait another day before you work out your upper body because you have to give your body time to rest AGAIN, even tho you accomplished nothing.

    :(

So. You should work out each group of muscles EVERY OTHER DAY. If your really that serious about working out, you can do upper body one day and lower body the next. Play around with your routine, finding what works best for you. And try to work out 3-5 days a week, more than that and you would be over doing it.

Above all, just give each muscle group AT LEAST a days rest.

You also said that you did 3 reps of 10 AN HOUR after? Thats also not good, for the same reason. You should rest for 1-3 minutes between every set and your workout (the weight lifting part) should take no longer than an hour. Too much time lifting weight is also over doing it, and just messes up your muscles.

Sooo yea. Be sure to add some cardio (running, biking, stuff like that) in your workout. DONT feel bad about taking a day or two off every once in a while, it will help you ALOT, and your muscles will need the recovery time!

Be sure to eat protein too! Thats in meat and fish! and your muscles need it!
