  1. That's fine. You might want to end with 'Many Thanks' if it's your first few emails.

  2. You need to answer Ms./Mrs./Miss and possibly your first name but definatly second name.

    more confidential.

And don't say hi there, say hello or dear ............. or even to whom it may concern.

  3. It is fine.  I usually just say "Regards,".

  4. Sounds a ok to me though i tend to end a message with just 'regards' + first name

  5. sounds about right to me, especially as its an informal letter

  6. i always do this when i email

dear (if i know who to address it to.) or hello

    body text.....

(Many Thanks  as well if i am requesting something)

    Kind regards

    (Full name)

  7. Well it's certainly more polite than the following:

    "Yo-Mo-Fo!

    ...(email body text here).........

    s***w you.

    With contempt,

    (first name)

    ................................"

But it's nowhere near as funny!

Plus I think you'll agree mine is not exactly formal, and you don't have to really know them!

  8. Yeah, that seems fine to me for the context that you've described.

  9. sounds good to me

Kind regards is a bit more informal

  10. Yes that's fine. I usually go with " Kind Regards "

  11. fine and dandy

    with regards dann

  12. The best way to prepare your e-mail is as follows:

"Dear Mr/Ms __________ (or use first name if you know them well or have spoken with them before):

    (E-mail body of letter here)

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

    Very truly yours,

    (first and last name)
