Is it ok to write this at the end of an e-mail?

That's fine. You might want to end with 'Many Thanks' if it's your first few emails.

You need to answer Ms./Mrs./Miss and possibly your first name but definatly second name.

And don't say hi there, say hello or dear ............. or even to whom it may concern.

dear (if i know who to address it to.) or hello

body text.....

But it's nowhere near as funny!

Plus I think you'll agree mine is not exactly formal, and you don't have to really know them!
