Is it giving me enough vitamins I need? Should I choose some other vitamin pills? I also, unfortunately, don't have a well-balanced diet. Help? I would also like any extra details wich may be helpful, thanks.

  1. It won't hurt you, but there are other pills for people closer to your age that would help you out more.

  2. Adults can take childrens chewables but depending on the vitamins, they need to take double the vitamins a day.  I would recommend to just get organic natural vitamins for adults do you don't have to take so many a day.   Since you diet is not well balanced you should highly consider taking more than just a multivitamin.  I take Nutrilite Double X Vitamin/Mineral/Phytonutrient.  It has 12 vitamins and 10 minerals and it features 20 natural plant concentrates.  For you son, get Nutrilite Daily Multivitamin/Multimineral.  Go to http://Arcameda.com and click on vitamins then Multivitamin.  Go to my profile to email me if you need any further help.  Hope all is well.
