Is it okay for homeless shelter to refuse a deaf person help due to not being able to provide accommodations?

  1. It should be against the law but it would depend on how the shelter, is funded.


  2. No according to me its not ok. What would that person do when he was rejected? Wasn't he rejected enough by everyone else?  He should have been accepted. the other arrangements could be made later.
