Yeah since Extenze does NOTHING!  All it does is suck the money out of insecure men's wallets.  Work on boosting your confidence and getting things going in your life, like your schooling or hobbies.  Does she even want it bigger?  Has she told you?  Bigger doesn't necessarily mean better.  Bigger can just be "ouch", and most women don't climax through intercourse anyway.
