is it okay to drink a pineapple juice which contains L-carnitine to help burn fats and increase my metabolism it can't affect my breasfeeding to my baby?it can't affect my milk?

  1. Pineapple juice has a lot of sugar. Just eating regular food will increase your metabolism- there is no trick or easy way.

    You will burn about 500 calories a day breastfeeding.

    Remember, pineapple juice contains a lot of SUGAR, which, if not burned or used, will store as fat.

    Eat right- no juice or supplement will give you that boost!


  2. Contrary to your High School Teacher above, pineapple juice does in fact burn fat and increase metabolism.

    But, it is highly acidic... which will affect the quality of you breast milk. There are many different types of sugar. Just because pineapples have a high sugar content does not mean they are bad.

  3. Pineapple juice does not burn fat.  It's high glycemic and will be stored as fat unless you are burning more calories than you consume.
