Is it okay if i only eat once a day (dinner)?

  1. If you're doing that for losing weight, it's counterproductive. When you don't eat regular meals, not even necessarily starving yourself, your body will categorize your situation as "Famine Time." In turn, it will slow down your metabolism and store more fat, gaining more weight and body fat as a result.

    Rather than eating "one h**l of a dinner," let's approximate it at 1,800 calories, it would be more beneficial to eat 5, 6 meals of 200-300 calories. That will increase your metabolism and your body will burn fat even if you just sit in a chair and don't move at all the entire day, literally.


  2. If it's just one day, then yeah it's okay.

    But every day, that would not be very healthy.
