Is it okay if my quarter horse jumps a realy big jump?

  1. If you are so nervous about jumping him/her on a really big jump, just start out were she is (how high of jumps she can do easily) and gradually make the jumps higher. But he/she should be fine


  2. Your horse should be fine.  There are great QH jumpers out there.  Have you worked your horse over jumps on the lunge line before?  If it manages those jumps, don't be afraid to push it a little harder to jump higher, just don't rush anything.

  3. Quarter Horses can certainly jump. However, if he has not jumped before you need to start out slowly over very small jumps one foot high and gradually raise the rails over time as he gains more confidence and skill.

  4. yes,you shoud try  go on competition with him.
