is it okay to take my 2 yr old german shepard on a 1.5 -2 mile run with me every night

sure if she can handle it. Watch the temperature of the paths you run on hot asphalt cab hurt them.

By the way if He/She is not in the mood one night leave them home.

As everyone else says, yes that's fine so long as the dog can handle it physically and you are mindful of heat, painful objects on the trail and water needs.  

What you need to be worried about with younger dogs is the growth plates in their legs can crack from too much hard running, so many vets and trainers will recommend you not take your pooch on jogs and runs like that until they are at least one year old.  Your dog should be plenty old enough to be just fine with the runs, and I'm sure she'll love every minute of it!

Yes, but if he has been pretty sedentary you may have to work up to it, especially if it is hot out.

~ my 2 yo shih-tzu goes for a 2-2.5 mile walk 4 nights a week with me. She loves the excersise. I started her off on 1/2 mile for a few days, than increased it a 1/2 mile every few days to get her up to par. Start slow and make sure you take a bottle of water just in case.
